This position provides administrative and customer relation functions of service department. Their work influences customer satisfaction and their willingness to do business with dealer again.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Bachelor's/ College degree with background in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Automotive.
- Experience in customer handling is an advantage.
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- To promptly and courteously accommodate customers at the Service Reception area.
- To conduct pre-diagnosis of customer's vehicle endorsed for servicing.
- To ensure accurate and complete checklist of vehicle received before endorsing the vehicle to the workshop.
- To market other services such as auto detailing, rust proofing and accessories.
- To ensure close coordination with customers until the vehicle is completed and released to their satisfaction.
