Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment operations for our growing organization. This role is pivotal in building a strong team of Outsourced professionals who will serve our international clientele.The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing techniques, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to manage a high-volume requisition load. You will be entrusted with end-to-end talent fulfillment — from job creation to candidate onboarding — while driving recruitment strategies in partnership with business leaders.
Responsibilities- Talent Fulfillment & Recruitment Operations
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring timely fulfillment of global client requirements
- Collaborate with company owners and lead developers to understand hiring needs and devise recruiting strategies
- Draft and post engaging job ads in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Source candidates through a wide range of channels (LinkedIn, JobStreet, job boards, and passive sourcing methods)
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Create detailed candidate summaries and make hiring recommendations to decision-makers
- Manage all selection stages, including interview scheduling, reference checks, and salary negotiations
- Coordinate employment offer drafting and submission to HR for processing
- Produce and maintain weekly recruiting reports and monthly applicant flow analytics
- Support implementation and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for improved efficiency and reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role
- Strong track record of hiring across diverse roles and industries
- Proven ability to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit
- Skilled in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Capable of managing 15–20 job openings simultaneously
- Experienced in talent pipeline development across varied roles
- Technologically adept with strong command of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and process discipline
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates analytical thinking, urgency, and ownership of outcomes
- Possesses a personal candidate database is a plus
