Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Referral Marketing Specialist to help grow our customer base and brand visibility through relationship-driven strategies. This role focuses on leveraging personal networks, customer referrals, and community engagement to boost sales and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company products/services through direct referrals and word-of-mouth
• Build and maintain a personal network of clients and brand supporters
• Onboard and support new referral partners
• Track referral conversions and provide regular performance updates
• Participate in events, product demos, and marketing activities
• Provide feedback on customer needs and trends

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, promotions, or client engagement is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset
• Comfortable working independently and setting personal goals
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms is an advantage

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
