Brief Description

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The role involves managing production staff, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets.
• Monitor workflow and ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure product quality meets established company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, guide, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance and productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
