Job Title: Gaming Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Providing excellent customer service and assistance. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, helping them find products, and offering recommendations based on their preferences and gaming interests.
  2. Assisting customers with setting up gaming equipment. Assisting customers with setting up gaming equipment, consoles, or computers within the outlet, ensuring they have a smooth gaming experience. This may involve configuring settings, connecting to online networks, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  3. Staying informed about gaming products and releases.
  4. Supporting gaming events and tournaments.
  5. Promoting and selling gaming merchandise. Actively engaging with customers to promote gaming products, accessories, and merchandise available for sale in the outlet. Using product knowledge to upsell or cross-sell additional items that complement customers' purchases.
  6. Ensuring a clean and organized gaming area.
  7. Enforcing outlet policies and rules.
  8. Providing basic technical support.
  9. Assisting with inventory management.
  10. Engaging with the gaming community.
  11. Handling cash transactions as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing good customer service. This includes customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards for service.
  2. Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented.
  3. Ability to be polite, have confidence and use diplomacy in difficult situations.
  4. Able to set priorities and multi-task.

If you are:

  • 21 years old and above. Atleast 1 year of related experience
  • With good English written and communication skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Willing to start ASAP.
  • Strong mathematical and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
