About the role

Aljay Agro-Industrial Solutions Inc. is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to our Ilocos Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our innovative agricultural solutions to a diverse client base.

Your role will be crucial in expanding our market presence and contributing to the continued growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities within the agricultural sector
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
Demonstrating and educating clients on the features and benefits of our product portfolio
Providing technical support and consulting to clients to help them find the best solutions for their needs
Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline, and providing regular reports to management

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or account management role, preferably within the agricultural industry
Strong understanding of agricultural products, technologies and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with clients
Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide customized solutions to meet client needs
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Graduate of Agriculture or any related courses
