Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Supervisor to lead and manage critical HR functions with a primary focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing recruitment strategies, resolving employee issues effectively, and leveraging data to optimize HR performance and support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for Support and Operations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and recommend improvements.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment through active communication, engagement initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
- Assist in developing and conducting training sessions on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace behavior.
- Support disciplinary processes and performance improvement plans in collaboration with managers.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores, absenteeism).
- Prepare dashboards and reports to support strategic HR decision-making.
- Identify trends and insights to improve workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to drive data-informed initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employment laws, and employee relations best practices.
- Experience in HR analytics, data interpretation, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS systems).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
