Warehouse Dispatcher - Quezon City

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAJOR:

1. Organize and schedule outgoing deliveries, ensuring that all shipments are prepared for dispatch on time.
2. Provide drivers with up-to-date information about deliveries, including any changes or special instructions.
3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is available for orders. Help in resolving stock discrepancies if needed.
4. Maintain accurate records of shipments, including logs, manifests, and tracking information.
5. Handle any customer inquiries regarding shipments or deliveries, resolving issues where possible.
6. Quickly address any delivery delays or issues that arise during the dispatch process.
7. Work closely with warehouse staff, inventory managers, and the customer service team to ensure smooth operations.
8. Support in ensuring that the Quality Management System requirements are being followed and complied.

MINOR:

1. Ensure that all shipments meet the necessary safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
2. Plan and monitor delivery routes for drivers, ensuring the most efficient paths are chosen.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment for at least two (2) years
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and scheduling software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
