About the role
Scholastic Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Consultant to join our team in Bicol region. As a Program Consultant for PR1ME Math, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative educational programs, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.This is a full-time position based in Bicol. The Program Consultant for PR1ME Math ensures the proper implementation of Scholastic numeracy programs by coordinating with partner schools and helping them in program execution. The Program Consultant reports directly to the District Business Manager in planning for and executing strategies to ensure client retention and renewal.
He/she also works closely with the Head of Math Implementations for assistance on implementation, training, and technical know-how and application.
What you'll be doing- Provide consultative sales support to schools and educational institutions, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable PR1ME Math programs
- Collaborate with schools to develop and implement PR1ME Math programme solutions
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of PR1ME Math
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive awareness and adoption of PR1ME Math
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of PR1ME Math through feedback and insights gained from client interactions
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Math, Math Education, or other related fields
- Has a minimum of 3 years classroom experience in teaching Mathematics (preferably in Grade School). Exposure to and experience in international math curriculum and approaches is preferred.
- Has sufficient knowledge of technology to accomplish tasks with different computer applications (word processing, presentation tools, spreadsheets, etc.) and comfortable collaborating through online means
- Possesses physical stamina and willingness to handle fieldwork and travel
