About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our outbound calling, lead generation, and CRM management efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and experienced in handling customer data and outreach workflows.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate contact records, engaging potential clients, and ensuring a consistent and organized sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach & Outbound Calling- Conduct high-volume outbound calls using a structured, conversational approach
- Verify and update customer and decision-maker information (name, role, email, phone number)
- Qualify contacts based on defined criteria and campaign requirements
- Invite qualified contacts to company initiatives, events, or programs
- Accurately log call outcomes and update records in CRM systems and spreadsheets
- Perform online research and lead generation to identify new potential clients
- Maintain clean and accurate data by removing duplicates and validating entries
- Add qualified leads into the CRM and master database
- Ensure a steady pipeline of contacts for outreach activities
- Manage and update tasks in project management tools to track progress
- Keep workflows organized and up to date
- Meet daily KPIs, call targets, and productivity metrics
- Identify and report any blockers or data issues promptly
- Provide daily updates on completed calls, verified contacts, and progress
- Participate in regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Collaborate with team members to improve outreach quality and efficiency
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, outbound calling, or lead generation
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), data entry, and Google Sheets is an advantage
- Confident and professional on the phone, with the ability to build rapport naturally
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in data handling
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
- Interest in customer-focused industries such as wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and project management tools (training provided)
- Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus
