The Sales Representative (Industrial Tools) will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting pre-sales activities to deliver tailored solutions for clients across the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Development & Sales Execution:
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and trade agreements with key accounts and channel partners.
- Pre-Sales & Technical Consultation:
- Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Support solution design, product selection, and application advice based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure accurate specifications and proposals.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key retail, distribution, and industrial partners.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Share actionable insights with marketing and product teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Liaise with internal departments including marketing, supply chain, and finance to support customer needs.
- Ensure timely resolution of service and delivery issues.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management within the industrial tools, hardware, or machinery sectors.
- Proven ability to support pre-sales processes, including client consultations and technical presentations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and translate into sales strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
