  • Maintain complete knowledge of the following (to include but not limited to):
All hotel features, guestrooms, function rooms, and other facilities of the Hotel
Hotel safety guidelines and evacuation plan
Scheduled daily group activities
  • Will handle Non-Top Korean Travel Agency accounts, new Korean Travel Agency accounts and Korean corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate all group arrangements based on the Standard Operating Procedures of the Sales and Marketing department.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Events Management
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
