This role will involve planning sprints, mapping out key technical milestones, and guiding the team in the implementation of features that align with our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET.
• Lead the design and implementation of key system features and architecture with a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Plan, manage, and participate in sprint cycles, ensuring timely delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define technical requirements, map out deliverables, and set realistic project milestones.
• Take a hands-on role in coding, code review, and mentoring junior developers while fostering best practices in coding, architecture, and testing.
• Develop and drive the strategic roadmap for the software, identifying key areas for growth, enhancements, and new features.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, ensuring that the software scales efficiently with growth.
• Participate in architectural decisions, influencing and enhancing system design for long-term growth.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in .NET development, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.
• Contribute to the refinement of our development processes, ensuring continuous improvement within the team and organization.
• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and deployment of new software releases.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer, with a strong focus on .NET Core and ASP.NET.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and planning Agile sprints (Scrum/Kanban) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and modern software development practices.
• Strong experience with SQL Server (or other relational databases) and database design, including performance optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of API development, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience in system architecture and making strategic decisions that impact the long-term growth of a product.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable technical strategies and plans.
• Strong experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and Agile environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to front-end technologies like React or Angular (optional but a plus).
• Knowledge of DevOps or Cloud Architecture best practices.
• Familiarity with containerized applications and serverless architectures.
