Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Finance and Treasury Team
- Monitor the daily financial operations including cash flow management, and ensuring liquidity to meet the company's expenses and needs.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and other consolidated reports and provide relevant planning and analysis
- Provide regular financial statements, variance analyses, and any other management reports for the information of the management and other stakeholders to ensure it is aligned with company’s goals and budget
- Ensure company compliance with all required reporting with the BIR, AMLA, and that the reports are in accordance with the PFRS.
- Coordinate and assist with the external auditor for completion of the audit of financial statements
- Draft or update policies and procedures for the financial operations of the company
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to ensure preparedness and sufficient capabilities in handling the requirements of the Finance and Treasury Team
- Ensure that all corporate records are filed, protected, updated, made accessible, and maintained in accordance with applicable laws, internal policies, and good business practices.
- Ensure that company transactions and records are complete and accurately recorded in the system
- Collaborate with senior management to support business growth, identify process improvements, and implement best practices
What We're Looking For
✔ Certified Public Accountant (CPA).✔ Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
✔ At least 7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
✔ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
✔ Excellent analytical, reporting, presentation, and people management skills.
