Position Overview:

We’re looking for a warm, proactive, and community-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at our multi-awarded wellness center — a space that uniquely blends the best of both worlds: the calming energy of Yoga and the empowering fire of Strength & Movement Training.

Beyond classes, we are a vibrant community hub — home to wellness seekers, movement lovers, and joyful souls. From yoga and conditioning classes to Bingo Nights, Trivia Gatherings, and Charity Events, our studio is a space for connection, growth, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk & Studio Experience
  • Welcome and assist students and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage class registrations, check-ins, and walk-ins for both yoga and movement training.
  • Answer phone and online inquiries with accurate, friendly communication.
  • Help guide newcomers through our studio’s offerings and community vibe.
  1. Community & Customer Relations
  • Build meaningful connections with members and visitors.
  • Be knowledgeable about our class types, events, workshops, and wellness experiences.
  • Support guest engagement by promoting events, classes, and studio perks.
  1. Café & Barista Duties
  • Take café orders, prepare and serve beverages with care and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness, restock as needed, and ensure a cozy café experience.
  • Handle transactions with accuracy and confidence.
  1. Sales & Upselling
  • Upsell wellness packages, café items, or products aligned with client needs.
  • Suggest class packages or events based on customer interests.
  • Keep updated on menu trends and recommend new offerings.
  1. Admin & Team Support
  • Assist with scheduling, basic reports, data entry, and customer database updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth studio and café operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
  • Interest or background in yoga, fitness, or wellness is a strong plus.
  • Barista experience is ideal; willingness to learn is welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic computer skills (for POS, registration, and scheduling systems).
