BASIC FUNCTION: The point person to support the general HRGA department in terms of the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, timekeeping, Government Mandated Benefits, Audit requirements, HR Admin and filings.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consolidates, summarizes, and checks the bi-monthly timekeeping from HRIS.
- Responsible for the enrollment, updating & consolidation of Monthly Government Remittances reports.
- Assists in talent acquisition end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Facilitates Background Investigation for newly hired employees.
- Facilitates employee onboarding such Biometrics, HRIS enrollment, scheduling of orientation.
- Prepares Notice of Personnel Action, Request for Personnel Movement.
- Encodes, monitors, and updates WFH schedule and leave of absences.
- Monitors the regularization of probationary employees and prepares all the needed documents.
- Manages payment request for all billing from the third-party provider.
- Manages of 201 files and maintains Master list file for KPI & Agency Personnel.
- Facilitates the preparation and releasing of uniform, Christmas perks, Birthday & Service Awardee token
- Monitors and facilitates the renewal, deactivation, adjustment of Fleet Card.
- Monitors GPS of company cars.
- Facilitates the Material Request and inventory.
- Ensures that individual records of accountability are updated in the HRIS.
- Facilitates clearance of the resigned employees.
- Monitors the submission of MBO and closing of Disciplinary cases.
- Prepares all the documents for the Audit & compliance reporting.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate of Psychology or any related business course.
- With at least 2 years of experience in the field of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Knowledgeable in MS application and HR systems.
- Good communication both verbal and written.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Reliable, Team player, Result oriented and highly trainable.
