AI Researcher
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will lead advanced research in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a strong focus on foundation models and their real‑world applications.You will develop, test, and optimize innovative AI solutions that drive innovation and business impact across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Development- Conduct fundamental and applied research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields
- Explore emerging AI techniques, methodologies, and trends to support innovation initiatives
- Develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concept models to validate research ideas
- Perform testing, analysis, and validation to ensure reliability and real‑world applicability
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to align research with business and project needs
- Contribute to long‑term AI strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI, machine learning, and foundation models
- Present research findings internally and, where applicable, publish in peer‑reviewed journals or conferences
- Translate research outputs into deployable AI systems and continuous improvement recommendations
- Address challenges related to data processing, scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI
- Design, develop, and optimize AI algorithms using advanced machine learning and foundation models
- Experiment with novel AI approaches to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or similar disciplines
- Proven experience conducting AI research or applying machine learning in industry or academia
- Portfolio of published research, prototypes, or deployed AI applications is an advantage
- Senior level: Minimum of 3 years of relevant research or hands‑on experience
- Entry level: Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Python, R, or C++
- Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Hands‑on knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
- Solid understanding of statistics, data modeling, and algorithm development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and big‑data tools is a plus
