About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/Document Production with a minimum of two years' experience to join our team. This role focuses heavily on high-level document creation and formatting to support a leading Australian corporate law firm.

This is a full-time role. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to set you up for success from day one and continue building your skills over time.

Responsibilities include:
- Produce, format, and amend legal documents and correspondence with accuracy.
- Conduct online searches and facilitate lodgements, including specialized tenement searches.
- Oversee the end-to-end file opening process and ensure digital filing systems are organized and up to date.
- Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, archiving, and secretarial duties as assigned.
About You

As the successful candidate, you will bring:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a Legal Assistant, Document Production, or similar specialized role.
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Advanced MS Word skills, including track changes, version comparison, cross-referencing, numbering and styles
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A friendly, approachable manner and a genuine team focus
- Work directly with Australian clients and experienced legal professionals
- Exposure to high-quality corporate and transactional work
