Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using .NET and ReactJS technologies. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our innovative company.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable web applications
Leverage .NET and ReactJS frameworks to build efficient and user-friendly interfaces
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing code for performance and reliability
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement
Mentor and support junior members of the development team

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with proficiency in .NET and ReactJS
Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, database design, and cloud-based deployment
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
