Production & operations manager (wholesale & trade)

Job Description

• Involves planning and coordinating various activities like scheduling, material sourcing and quality control; preparing orders, setting quality standards, estimating timescales and cost; ensures that goods are produced on time, of good quality and on budget,
• Fully understand Chinese instructions and labels of Chinese products and variance understand the product and negotiate regarding with parts or item to the supplier;
• Ensure that products and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the cost and level of quality; collaborate with the sales and customer service department to adjust production levels in regard to changing demand
• Oversee the production process and make sure that production lines are running smoothly and efficiently;
• Work closely with supervisors and staff to plan work, set targets and make sure the finished products meet the quality standards to give customers total satisfaction;

• Female
• College level or Graduate preferably in Business Management or any related fields.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement of methodologies.
• Negotiating and relationship management skills with suppliers
• Can speak in English and Chinese Mandarin Language.
