• 3 to 5 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
• Experience using Aroflo, Dext, and Xero is highly regarded
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of invoices from receipt, receipting, matching, and integration into the operating and accounting system
• Ensure accurate coding of all invoices
• Ensure employee-authorized payments comply with the Delegation of Authority for approval and expenditure
• Ensure completed purchase orders are closed in the system
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Complete month-end accounts payable processes and related reconciliations within required timelines
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve account discrepancies
• Process company credit card transactions and resolve related queries
• Ensure all accounts payable invoices comply with Goods and Services Tax (GST) legislation
• Monitor and action items in the accounts payable inbox
• Set up and maintain accurate supplier records in the accounting system
• Perform filing and general accounts administration
• Perform other duties as required

• Ensure the timely submission of client invoices and portal uploads
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate the submission of client invoices
• Issue overdue payment reminders and account statements to clients
