- Lead overall resort operations: front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance ang guest services.
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and revenue strategies to attract both domestic and international markets.
- Manage budgets, monitor KPI’s and optimize financial performance.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a team while fostering a positive, self-driven work culture.
- Ensure compliance with the Government regulations, as well as global health, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Act as brand ambassador, engaging with international guests.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience as Resort Manager (international experience highly valued).
- Need to have customer facing and back of house (Maintenance or Housekeeping) and Food & Beverage experience.
- Strong understanding of global hospitality trends and guest expectations.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other language is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PMS management.
- Extensive knowledge of SOPs and customer service standards.
- Yield management of inventory is a plus.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Proficient in using MS Office (particularly Excel).
