Manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring reliable performance of building systems and utilities
- Develop and drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Oversee critical systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, compressed air, and water systems
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to mitigate operational issues
- Manage third-party vendors across security, janitorial, and technical maintenance
- Own facilities budgets including OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring cost control and efficiency
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining uptime and operational reliability
- Lead and develop facilities and maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment

A successful Facilities Manager should have:
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of facilities management experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing
- Strong expertise in plant utilities, building systems, and maintenance strategies
- Proven leadership managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with CAPEX planning, budgeting, and cost optimization
- Strong knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent troubleshooting and operational decision-making skills
