DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcoming office guests and directing them to the person or Department they are visiting.

Maintaining office supplies and conducting monthly inventory.

Arrange meeting room schedules for employees.

Keeping office records to to date.

Arranging travel and accommodation for employees.

Receiving parcels / billings / documents on behalf of the employees.

Booking of event space restaurant for company event and expats meal.

Performing various other clerical task as directed by superior

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

College degree in Administration, hospitality management or any related field

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties

Keen to details, result-oriented, and able to systematic and organized despite the high volume of workload

Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Able to handle stress and remain calm.

Amenable to work onsite in BGC daily.
