Perform monthly closing activities, particularly in the area of inventory accounting, which includes reconciling inventory sub-ledgers with GL, ensure inventory transactions are all properly captured, performing standard cost roll up on quarterly basis and prepare reports for inventory provision and aging on a monthly basis.
- Work closely with operation team to carry out stock take on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations and reporting.
