Quality Assurance (QA) Staff – Telecom Industry
Department: OperationsIndustry: Telecommunications (FTTH/Fiber Optic Installation)
Reports to: Quality Assurance Supervisor / Operations Manager
Qualifications- Education: Any Graduate of a 4-year Course, or Technical/Vocational course
- Experience: Experience with SLI, or FOC Installation is an advantage
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting fiber circuit maps and network diagrams.
- Familiarity with fiber splicing standards and WiFi frequency (2.4GHz/5GHz) optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for data tracking and report generation.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong integrity (especially during field audits), and the ability to communicate technical corrections politely but firmly to field teams.
- Physical Requirement: Willingness to travel to various site locations and perform field inspections in various weather conditions.
- With driver's license, can drive for wheels and can climb ladders
