Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew / Cashier at NAIA. As part of our team, you will be at the forefront of providing excellent customer service to travelers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Handle payment transactions (cash, e-wallet, credit/debit card payment) and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Give change and issue receipts.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with their experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:

• Soft Skills: Communication skills, Teamwork, Adaptability
• Hard Skills: Customer Service, Food Safety

Qualifications:

• No tattoos visible while wearing the uniform.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned at NAIA Terminals 2 & 3 (Pasay).
