Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert Virtual Assistant to help build and manage our digital infrastructure. This role is vital in developing workflows, automations, websites, and funnels within the GHL ecosystem. You will play a key role in systemizing internal operations and building client-ready solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GoHighLevel, automation tools (Zapier, Make), and AI applications like ChatGPT. Strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Workflows and Automations- Design, build, and optimize advanced marketing workflows and automations within GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Implement systems for lead generation, nurturing, appointment scheduling, and follow-up sequences.
- Build mobile-responsive websites, sales funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL.
- Develop industry-specific templates and maintain consistent branding and user experience across all digital assets.
- Set up and maintain integrations between GHL and third-party platforms using Zapier and Make/Integromat.
- Ensure seamless data flow and automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT to create chatbots, automated responses, and content generation workflows.
- Research and deploy AI solutions that enhance customer engagement and internal process automation.
- Conduct thorough testing of workflows, websites, and automations to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Document all systems and processes with SOPs and Loom video tutorials for easy reference and scalability.
- Monitor system performance and marketing KPIs through GHL dashboards and analytics.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on the latest best practices and system updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Proficient in workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat).
- Strong experience with website building within GHL (funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys).
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and their integration into marketing systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable creating training documentation and process videos (e.g., Loom).
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively seek improvements.
Work Schedule & Expectations:
- 40 hours per week, flexible but must be available for occasional meetings during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time Zone).
- Salary Range: $1,200 - $1,500 per month (based on experience)
