Prefix Solution Industries Corp, a Cebu-based manufacturer of construction chemical products. We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Admin to help manage our people and daily office operations.

HR / ADMIN

• Recruitment & hiring (job ads, screening, interviews, job offers)
• Employee onboarding, regularization, and exit processing
• Payroll coordination, timekeeping, salary monitoring, ATM applications
• Government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documents
• Implement HR policies and handle disciplinary actions
• Attendance, leave, benefits, and HMO management
• Employee relations and conflict handling
• HR reports and support to management
• Assist in daily office operations
• Manage documents, records, and files
• Handle company IDs, uniforms, and office assets
• Ensure smooth and organized office workflow

• HR admin experience (preferred)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good communicator
• Can multitask and work independently
