- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial lending, mortgage operations, reporting, analytics, or data management
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and experience building structured data reports
- Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems, CRM, or financial systems, with familiarity in APIs, webhooks, or automated data feeds preferred
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and reporting opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment, building and refining processes, reporting standards, and data controls
- Proven track record in delivering accurate reporting, reliable data outputs, improved operational visibility, and strong data quality governance
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering pipeline stages, funded volume, turn times, conditions aging, bottlenecks, and performance by product type
- Prepare and maintain loan-level and portfolio-level data tapes across multiple delivery formats, including Excel, structured flat files, and API/webhook feeds, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Maintain data integrity across lending, CRM, servicing, and financial reporting systems, partnering with Technology and Operations teams to resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and support system improvements
- Help establish data definitions, reporting logic, calculation methodologies, file structures, and scalable governance frameworks to strengthen reporting standards and controls
- Prepare executive-ready reports and ad hoc analysis, translating raw data into actionable insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
