Job Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder & Government Liaison: Act as the primary link between the company and government sectors (Barangay, Municipal, and Provincial). Attend public meetings and engagements with NGOs and public agencies.
  • Public Relations & Representation: Promote a favorable corporate image through print and broadcast media. Deliver speeches and represent the company at social programs and official functions.
  • Community Program Development: Design and implement innovative programs to influence public opinion and gain community support.
  • Social Missions & Seminars: Facilitate interactive seminars and coordinate the company’s participation in various community outreach programs and social missions in partnership with government offices.
  • ER 1-94 Management: Oversee the opening of trust fund accounts, facilitate fund deposits, and ensure accurate reporting to government agencies.
  • CSR Project Management: Manage the allocation and release of CSR funds.
Job Specifications
  • Education: College Graduate (4-year course). A degree relevant to CSR, Project Management, or Stakeholder Relations is highly preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Community Relations and Stakeholder Management.
  • Core Competencies:
Communication: Excellent oral and written skills; comfortable with public speaking.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, group relation skills, and the ability to influence public behavior.
Organizational Planning: High level of skill in social planning, data management, and record-keeping.
Government Relations: Deep familiarity and exposure to various government and private agencies.
  • Personal Attributes: High level of honesty and integrity.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate (MS Office/General Productivity tools).
