Accounting supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all financial and accounting operations within the accounting department flow smoothly.

They are responsible for overseeing the work of the accounting staff, reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy, and reconcile general ledger accounts.

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for verifying and recording transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and perform other tasks to secure all transactions are recorded.

This role requires experience in handling large amounts of numerical data, having strong leadership skill and knowledge in accounting principles and practices, and can demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

1. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, or any related degree.
2. At least 4 years of related work experience.
3. Proven experience working as an Accounting Supervisor.
4. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
5. Excellent research, problem solving, and time management skills.
6. Results & deadline driven.
7. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
8. With advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
9. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Strong management and leadership skills.
11. Willing to work on-site in San Juan City from Monday to Saturday (alternate schedule).

Note: Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
