Job Description:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately process orders, payments, and receipts
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for order accuracy
- Follow company policies, POS procedures, and cash-handling standards
- Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate
- With or without cashier experience (training provided)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
