We're Hiring Sales Associate

Location: Bulua, Uptown & Ketkai, Cagayan de Oro City

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend suitable furniture.
• Provide product details on materials, dimensions, and care instructions.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas and process sales transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse/delivery teams on stock and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-displayed showroom areas.
• Handle customer concerns and after-sales follow-ups professionally.
• Stay updated on promotions, new products, and inventory status.

Job Qualifications:

• College level; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
• With at least 1 year experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Knowledge in basic POS operations is a plus.
• Energetic, approachable, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
