Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence
- Process payroll on a monthly or bi-weekly basis
- Prepare and file BIR reports and tax documents
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide general office support as needed
- Process and renew business permits and licenses (Mayor’s Permit, Barangay Clearance, BIR, DTI, LGU requirements)
- Liaise with government agencies such as SEC, BIR, BOI, DOLE, BOC, LGUs, and other regulatory offices

- Ensure timely compliance with all government deadlines and requirements
