Responsibilities:
- Develops and continuously improves a robust system for early detection of stock-outs.
- Monitors timeliness of deliveries and reliability of suppliers.
- Identifies major causes of delays within the supply chain pipeline and proactively coordinates with concerned individuals or groups in formulating corrective actions to arrest the problem.
- Prepares purchase request form for stock items that reach the established re-ordering point
- Manage Warehouse Team for their daily task and coordinate for shipment of materials to the project site.
Requirements:
- A graduate of Industrial Engineering or related courses for warehouse management, supply chain and operation management
- With knowledge on engineering and construction materials and inventory.
- SAP system oriented
- Strong skills in Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Management Skills,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willing to work in Quezon City and report full time on-site with occasional fieldwork as needed.
