HR Officer (Cebu)

Compensation: PHP 30,000 – 40,000/month

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HR Officer to manage core HR functions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Support employee engagement, discipline, and retention initiatives
• Coordinate with management to address HR-related matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in HR Management, Psychology, or related field)
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR operations
• Solid knowledge of DOLE guidelines and local labor laws
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
