Job Description
Our expanding company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.This role bridges the gap between project teams and senior management, driving operational efficiency, safety compliance, and strategic planning across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight
o Supervise multiple construction projects simultaneously;o Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications;
o Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Resource Management
o Allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently;o Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors;
o Manage inventory and procurement schedules.
Team Leadership
o Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and staff;o Facilitate training and development programs;
o Conduct performance evaluations and team meetings.
Safety & Compliance
o Enforce safety protocols and regulatory standards;o Collaborate with safety officers to implement site-specific plans;
o Ensure environmental and legal compliance.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
o Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal teams;o Provide regular updates and progress reports;
o Address client concerns and change requests.
Finanancial & Strategic Planning
o Monitor budgets and control costs
o Analyze operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies
o Contribute to long-term business planning and growth initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years in construction operations or project management. Proven track record managing large-scale projects.
- Leadership, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, negotiation
- Willingness to travel to project sites, ability to work under pressure.
