Qualifications
- A Degree in Drafting Technology, Engineering Technology, or any related field is preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as an AutoCAD Operator, preferably in the telecom industry (OSP, towers, civil works). Fresh graduates may also apply.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and engineering standards.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and other CAD tools to create, modify, and update detailed technical drawings.
- Certificate in AutoCAD from a recognized training center or institution.
- User Certification in any AutoCAD version is an advantage.
- Familiarity with telecom site surveys, technical site survey reports (TSSR), and construction layout plans.
- Prepare complete and accurate site layout designs based on Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR), including detailed scaled drawings, site photos, and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with the Technical Lead and CME (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) team to ensure all drawings are compliant with project requirements and industry standards.
- Generate layout drawings with blow-up details, cross-sections, and specifications as required per site/project.
- Review, revise, and finalize CAD drawings based on feedback from engineers and field teams.
- Maintain proper organization and version control of all CAD files and design outputs.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawing submissions for project approvals and execution.
- Coordinate with field surveyors and engineers to validate site data and resolve any discrepancies in plans.
- Knowledge of telecom project components such as fiber routes, tower structures, equipment layout, and civil works.
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills to interact with engineering and field teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
