Job Description

We are looking for a proactive AU Outbound Appointment Setter (Automotive/Detailing) to manage outreach and scheduling for our automotive service shop locations. You will play a key role in launching our new ceramic coating services by engaging both new leads and existing customers to drive booking volume.

• Aligned with Australian Business Hours (AEST/AEDT)

• Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers via phone and email to schedule appointments.
• Manage and nurture incoming leads to maximize booking conversion rates.
• Coordinate scheduling across two shop locations to ensure optimal workflow.
• Follow up with previous clients to introduce new high-value service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and appointment statuses.
• Represent the brand professionally in all customer-facing communications.

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear and professional spoken English.
• High level of attention to detail when managing calendars and customer data.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high performance from a remote setting.
• Comfort working within Australian business hours.
