Additionally, this position requires a high level of accuracy, strategic financial analysis and communication skills. The ability to communicate and provide high-level, timely reports to the Senior Controller (Corporate Level), is essential.

1. With an emphasis on financial diligence and corporate values, perform all duties efficiently and effectively to achieve the corporate goals of Global Agility Solutions.
2. Provide advice and support to the Site Operational Management on financial, fiscal administrative and policy matters.
3. Monitor, analyze and evaluate the Sites expenditure and financial performance, prepare budgetary estimates and exercise financial delegations.
4. Manage operating and capital expenditure to ensure continuity in operational activities.
5. Ensuring accurate and timely response to complex financial and operational correspondence.
6. Manage, organize, and update relevant data using relevant database applications.
7. Responsible for the preparation of the financial statements
8. Supervise the activities of all accounting processes such as Billing, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Payroll
9. Maintain and reconcile the fixed assets to the general ledger of the company.
10. Ensure that all processes contributing to the overall organizational financial performance are conducted in accordance with organizational guidelines and other regulations, all activities involving quality assurance, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
11. Ensuring all Government taxes (BIR, SSS, Trade and other requirements) are managed in a timely manner.
12. Assist in developing, performing, and managing all financial quality assurance related activities such as internal auditing.
13. Financial record systems are maintained.
14. Time is managed effectively, and work is prioritized appropriately.
15. Other financial tasks are carried out as requested by management.
16. All tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently.
17. Coordinating and controlling expenditure for the Sites and preparing budgetary estimates.
18. Conduct internal audits of processes, records, and information.
19. Oversee and provide month end closing and year end reports
20. Ensuring total quality management and conducting reviews and audits to enhance financial procedures, systems, and functions.
21. Accountable for all payroll activities.
22. Punctuality and a professional appearance are maintained.
23. Maintain all financial records in a secure and professional manner.
24. Requires multinational supervision.
25. May require some travel.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant.
• Minimum of 5 years corporate finance experience or a similar role.
• In depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills

• Communications skills (written and verbal)
• Reasoning ability to deal with complex Financial issues.
• Computer literacy across the Microsoft suite
• Knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principles
• Knowledge of computer-based spreadsheets and reporting
• Must have managerial skills and able to function in a leadership role.
• Ability to work with scheduled deadlines.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
