Responsible for:

As the Marketing Manager, Demand Generation and Capture, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by executing high-impact B2B marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to implement comprehensive demand generation and capture strategies across a portfolio of brands.

This position requires a driven and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and a proven track record in executing successful demand generation campaigns. You will be a key contributor to the team, responsible for managing campaigns across multiple channels and optimising for lead generation and conversion.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, SEM, email, engagements, content, ABM) as defined by the demand generation and capture strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activities, including campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., content team, design team) to develop and deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Utilise marketing automation and CRM platforms to effectively manage leads, track campaign performance, and measure ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for demand generation.
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing technologies and best practices.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of demand generation principles and best practices.
  • Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, 6Sense) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to align marketing and sales goals, driving collaboration between teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • High attention to detail and quality control in campaign execution.
  • Agile and adaptable to changing market conditions and technologies.

Key Skills and Capabilities:

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation, particularly in technology or outsourcing sectors.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing, scoring, and marketing funnel management.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent content development and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend.

Qualifications and Typical Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in demand generation, preferably within B2B technology or services sectors.
  • Proven track record of executing successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of sales pipelines and revenue forecasting.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • High level of adaptability to manage change and work in a fast-paced environment.
