This role supports both office administration and basic accounting functions, including preparing and organizing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
Daily tasks include assisting with bookkeeping, encoding transactions into accounting software, helping prepare basic financial reports, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for invoicing and payments.
Data entry, updating records, scheduling, and other clerical tasks to support smooth operations. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work closely with accounting and operations staff.
Key Responsibilities- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to assist in day-to-day transactional work.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Quezon City and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars.
- Prior experience in an administrative or accounting support role is an advantage; exposure to construction or supply industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
