Recruiter

Job Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful placements. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across different industries
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure timely updates and a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in ATS, email platforms, and Google Workspace or MS Office
• Amenable to working onsite, hybrid, or remote (depending on role assignment
