Bachelor's degree or certifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.

2 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design or a related role.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and AI platforms including but not limited to:
Social media platforms: LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X
Social media management tools: planable.io
Email marketing tool: reply.io
CRM: Hubspot
Website: WordPress
Lead generation: Apolo
AI platforms: ChatGPT or Copilot
Graphic design: Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator

Video edit: CapCut, Visual creator or Clipchamp

Google Analytics
Graphic design experience and expertise.
Strong written communication skills.
Passion in technology and cyber security.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Core responsibilities:

Manage and optimize data sheets and catalogues in Canva.
Assist in development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, across various platforms including social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Email and website.

Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like planable.io and google analytics.

Coordinate and run targeted email marketing campaigns using reply.io
Manage and optimize website content and the website blogs in WordPress.

Support sales team with lead generation using Apolo and Hubspot.

Create and design engaging content (video and photos) for social media and other digital channels.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
