Program Consultant for Prime English - CAVITE
About the role
Scholastic Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Consultant to join our team, assigned to partner schools in Cavite, the South, and selected areas in Manila. As a Program Consultant for Prime English, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative educational programs by tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of partner schools.
This is a full-time position responsible for managing partner schools across Cavite, the South, and Manila. The Program Consultant ensures the effective implementation of Scholastic literacy programs by coordinating with partner schools and supporting them in program execution.
The Program Consultant reports directly to the District Business Manager, collaborating on planning and executing strategies to ensure client retention and renewal. In addition, the role works closely with Head of English Implementations to provide assistance with program implementation, training, and technical application.
What you'll be doing- Provide consultative sales support to schools and educational institutions, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable Prime English programs
- Collaborate with schools to develop and implement customised Prime English programme solutions
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Prime English
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive awareness and adoption of Prime English
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of Prime English through feedback and insights gained from client interactions
- Minimum of 3-year classroom experience in teaching Communication Arts, Reading, or English in Grade School and High School
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Reading or other related fields
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Should have a solid educational background, and a clear understanding of Reading and of the Philippine educational system
- Proficiency in English and the local language
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region/areas
