About the Role:
Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and become an advocate for participants by assisting them with enrollment, applications, account inquiries, and benefit management. Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist participants with enrollment questions, applications, and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) inquiries
✔️ Provide exceptional customer service over the phone with patience, kindness, and professionalism
✔️ Accurately track and report outbound contacts while identifying possible trends
✔️ Follow compliance regulations when handling service requests and applications
✔️ Resolve issues by identifying root causes and effectively communicating solutions
✔️ Work efficiently in multiple internal systems to address participant concerns
✔️ Maintain high-quality service levels and meet assigned targets
✔️ Participate in training and coaching sessions for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and consultative sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to manage multiple computer windows and learn new systems quickly
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail in processing applications and inquiries
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including occasional Saturdays
- Healthcare experience is required.
