JOB PURPOSE
Leads the development and execution of the company’s sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles while supporting business growth and social impact.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Sustainability Strategy Development
- Design and implement sustainability and ESG strategies
- Align initiatives with company mission and international standards
- Social Impact Programs
- Develop programs supporting financial inclusion and community development
- Measure and report impact on underserved communities
- ESG Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare sustainability reports aligned with global frameworks (e.g., ESG standards)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and stakeholder requirements
- Environmental Initiatives
- Promote responsible resource use and environmental practices
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational footprint
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams, NGOs, and external partners
- Promote sustainability awareness across the organization
- Monitoring & Analytics
- Track sustainability KPIs and impact metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Strategic and systems thinking
- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in sustainability, ESG, or CSR roles
- Experience in reporting frameworks and impact measurement
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
