Inventory Clerk

About the role

As an Inventory Clerk at Prime Technology Specialists Inc., you will be responsible for managing the company's inventory of parts, materials, and supplies. This full-time role is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, and is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of the company's manufacturing and logistics processes.

1. Accurately record and track all incoming and outgoing inventory items.
2. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
3. Reorder supplies and materials as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels
4. Assist with the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items.
5. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory.
6. Provide support to the Purchasing and Production teams as required.
7. Maintain detailed inventory documentation and reporting.

1. Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role within the manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain industry
2. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
3. Proficient in using inventory management software and processes
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
5. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of inventory control best practices and relevant industry regulations
