Job Summary:

The Field Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales, finding potential customers, conducting client visits, and maintaining good relationships with existing clients. The role involves fieldwork, product presentation, negotiation, and achieving sales targets set by the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to prospective and existing clients
Promote and sell company products or services
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare quotations and explain product details to clients
Negotiate prices and close sales transactions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Submit sales reports and customer feedback to management
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Attend sales meetings and training programs

Qualifications:

High school graduate or College level/graduate
With experience in sales or fieldwork is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willing to do fieldwork and travel
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Familiar with MS Office and mobile communication apps
With valid driver’s license is an advantage
